Terms and Condition
  • Only registered delegates will be allowed to attend the conference.
  • Registration fee is not transferable to any other attendee or meeting.
  • Registration is confirmed only after the receipt of full payment.
  • Registration fee will be based on the date of receipt of payment.
  • Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions & trade exhibition, conference lunches & inaugural dinner & the conference kit.
  • Conference kit will be distributed to the pre-registered delegates at the time of registration. Conference kits for delegates registered on-spot will be on the availability of stocks and on first come first serve basis.
  • Charges incurred for bank transfer, Cheque / DD, Credit card payments to be borne by the payee itself.
  • Kindly send the copy of payment confirmation if paying through Offine/Bank transfer via email
  • Accompanying Person: For Spouse and Children (above 5 years) registration is mandatory.
  • Accompanying Personshould be registered as delegate.
  • PG Students should submit a bonafide letter / certificate from their Head of the Department / Unit via email.
  • Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
  • The registration fee does not include any travel cost, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfer.
  • Ragistration Fees mentioned below are inclusive of GST.
  • Conference identification badges are mandatory for all conference events (Scientific Program, Lunch, Dinner, Cultural Event if any & Exhibition)
Payment and Conditions
Online Payment:
  • Payment will be accepted only through VISA and MASTER CARD.
  • American Express Card and other corporate credit card will not be accepted.
  • You need to have your VBV (Verified by Visa) password or the One Time Net Secure Code to confirm your identity for this purchase.
  • Please do not press "Submit" button more than once OR click on "Refresh" / "Back" button till your payment is through.
  • Once you Submit your request for online payment, the server may take 1 to 5 seconds to respond; sometimes it may take little longer than that.
  • The payment gateway website requires your Web Browser Popup to be enabled.
  • Kindly check yur spam email incase if you donot receive e-mail in Inbox.

Cancellation Policy
  • All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to Secretariat.
  • Cancellations received before 15th Febuary 2020 will be entitled for refund of the amount paid.
  • No refund for cancellation made on or after 15th Febuary 2020
Refund Policy
  • The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference
  • Refunds against registration will be processed less GST as per the current government's norms. In case of payment by card, bank processing fees will be charged @ 3%.
Note
  • Online registration facility via secured payment gateway is now available
  • Residence should produce bonafide certificate/ letter from the HOD along with registration form & fees and send via e-mail.
  • Spot registrations are not encouraged. Delegate kit is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for spot registrations.
